Aldo Soto and Juan Carlos Jintiach in the panel

Our co-founder and manager director, Aldo Soto, together with Juan Carlos will be part of a panel in the SOCAP Global 2024 at the end of this month in San Francisco.

For more than 16 years, the #SOCAP2024 conference has been a flagship event in the impact economy, inviting industries to tackle the greatest challenges of our time such as climate change.

In their panel, Aldo and Juan Carlos will discuss how successful investments in Indigenous-led enterprises can drive climate and conservation solutions.

They will highlight the success stories of impact funds and regenerative projects from the #Amazon, emphasizing the power of effective partnerships with indigenous leadership and integrated capital approaches.

Juan Carlos Jintiach is a prominent leader of the Shuar indigenous people of the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador.

He currently serves as an advisory board member for Amazonia Impact Venture (AIV) and as an Executive Secretary of the Global Alliance of Territorial Communities (GATC).
